At RT3 Enterprises, LLC, we feel that our personnel make the difference. That is why we have put together a staff that can take care of your needs whatever they may be. Please review the following to find out who does what:
Tommy Sporleder – Manager Member, Operations
Tommy is an owner and founding member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC, responsible for the overall operations of the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with the past 13 of those in commercial flooring. Tommy has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and vast experience in management and construction processes, from placing concrete and framing, to sales, estimating and project management for residential contractors, commercial subcontractors and general contractors. Tommy handles many of our Northern clients and projects.
Tom Sporleder – Manager Member, Finance
Tom is an owner and founding member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC and oversees the financial operations of the company as well as many of the accounting and compliance procedures. Tom holds an accounting degree from the Lincoln School of Commerce and has over 35 years experience in corporate systems and data management. During that time he has worked in the insurance and manufacturing industries and has experience with sales, finance, estimating, procurement and project management for both residential and commercial construction and remodeling.
Rick Owen – Client / Project Management
Rick is a founding member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC and brings over 12 years of experience to the commercial flooring industry working for companies throughout the Front Range and Denver Metro areas. Rick holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and has overseen operations in the commercial flooring industry including ownership, estimating, sales, and project management. He is highly involved with sales, marketing, and systems strategies and handles most of our Denver Metro projects and accounts.
Steve Hall – Client / Project Management
Steve has been with RT3 Enterprises, LLC since 2006, working with clients and projects throughout the Front Range from South Denver Metro to Wyoming. Steve has a degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado and has worked in construction the past 10 years. Steve has worked in the insurance and vehicle transportation industry as a sales representative, owner and operator. His past construction experience includes estimating, scheduling, production and coordination for a custom commercial cabinet manufacturer.
Mike Wilson – Estimating / Project Engineering
Mike has been with RT3 Enterprises, LLC since 2006. Mike graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration. His past experience includes supervision and sales in the retail and security industries, which has enabled him to work and communicate well with a variety of clients. Mike handles the estimating duties including computer generated takeoffs, and assists in all facets of project management.
Dena Sporleder – Accounting / Project Administration
Dena has been with RT3 Enterprises, LLC since 2005. She is a registered dietician, holds a Master’s Degree from Colorado State University in Exercise Science, and is currently working on a second Master’s Degree in Accounting. Dena has worked in management in the healthcare industry and has previous construction experience working for her father, a mason. Dena handles many of the daily accounting duties, including accounts receivable, payable entries, invoices, taxes and monthly progress billings. Dena also assists with client relations and project administration.
Kim Aguirre – Accounting / Purchasing
Kim is the newest member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC and been with the company since 2007. Kim has an Accounting Degree from Metro State College in Denver. She has worked for a CPA firm and spent the last 8 years in the commercial flooring industry performing HR, purchasing, and management duties. Kim handles supplier relations and purchasing, submittals and project closeout, as well as assists with the daily accounting procedures.
