Tommy is an owner and founding member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC, responsible for the overall operations of the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with the past 13 of those in commercial flooring. Tommy has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and vast experience in management and construction processes, from placing concrete and framing, to sales, estimating and project management for residential contractors, commercial subcontractors and general contractors. This experience is instrumental in allowing Tommy to understand the owner's needs from the flooring perspective through the final construction project. Tommy handles many of our Northern clients and projects.

Tom is an owner and founding member of RT3 Enterprises, LLC and oversees the financial operations of the company as well as many of the accounting and compliance procedures. Tom holds an accounting degree from the Lincoln School of Commerce and has over 35 years experience in corporate systems and data management. During that time he has worked in the insurance and manufacturing industries and has experience with sales, finance, estimating, procurement and project management for both residential and commercial construction and remodeling.

Mike has been with RT3 Enterprises, LLC since 2006. Mike graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration. He has over 5 years of commercial flooring estimating experience which includes client relations, value engineering, computer generated takeoffs as well as assisting in all facets of project management. Other past experiences include supervision and sales in the retail and security industries, which has enabled him to work and communicate well with a variety of clients.

Amy has been with RT3 since its origination. She has an MBA in Accounting and an undergrad degree in Business Economics. Amy has over 15 years experience in the construction industry specifically in accounting, finance, admin and project engineering. Amy handles many of the daily accounting and finance duties, including accounts receivables and payables, monthly progress billings, taxes, job costing, projections and month and year end closings. Amy also assists with client relations, project engineering and human resources.

Phil has been with the company since 2008. He helps schedule and coordinate field installation on a wide range of projects. He is also in charge of delivering and receiving materials for upcoming projects.

Brianna is currently a college student working on her marketing degree. She is in charge of many marketing tools within the company such as: flyers, brochures, business pamphlets and the company website. Brianna is also responsible for the future growth of RT3 Enterprises, LLC.

Marilynn performs administrative and office support for multiple supervisors at RT3. She has 39 years of work experience which includes the following: government, insurance, legal, construction and banking/lending.

Debbie started at RT3 in July 2010 as the receptionist. In addition to general office duties (answering phones, greeting customers, copying, etc) she also assists Amy and Tom with accounting tasks and the Project Managers with miscellaneous duties. Debbie was employed at the University of Northern Colorado for 21 years as an Administrative Assistant before accepting an early retirement incentive.
