It shall be our missinon to...
become the premier floor covering provider by cultivating partnerships with our customers through our level of service and our competitive pricing.

We must continually evolve...
our business with the latest technologies and methodologies necessary to accommodate our growth without sacrificing our relationships or our business practices.

To all or our business partners, customers, colleagues, suppliers, vendors, family and friends,

Myself and all of us at RT3 would like to a minute to thank all of you for the wonderful and heartfelt show of support and kindness in our time of change.  As I’m sure you are all aware by now, on Thursday (5/22/08) afternoon a Tornado ripped through Windsor, CO and RT3 found itself right in the path of its destruction.  We lost our office but did not lose our business and more importantly any of our people.  Thankfully for us it was Dena’s B-day (RT3 Accounting and my wife), and one I’m sure she will not soon forget. Thanks Dena and again Happy Birthday!!!  We decided to leave the office for a lunch celebration @ 11:30 am just a few blocks west @ Pelican Lakes Golf Course and the tornado struck soon thereafter around 11:50 am. As you can imagine the past few days have been very hectic and challenging as our place of business was located in the heart of the “restricted area” and has since been condemned.

We were all out of the building at the time it hit though some of our company vehicles and employee vehicles weren’t so lucky. Those, along with quite a bit of office furniture and accessories look to be unsalvageable. In that time we were however able to recover all of our electronic equipment (7 laptops & 2 servers) which to our amazement and pleasure are all working with very few hitches.  We also recovered most all of our paper records by pulling drawers from filing cabinets and desks which has enabled us to make this transition fairly smooth.  I love it when contingency plans come together. Ha Ha!!  For those who may not know we had a warehouse location off-site in East Greeley where all of our materials are stored, and have since made this our temporary office and “command central” for all of our business transactions.   A very personal thanks to Tony, Michelle, Marilynn and Amy @ CIS for making some room and accommodating our eclectic crew.

Please note that you can reach us through all of the normal phone, fax, and email channels and our physical location is currently as follows:  2040 East 8th Street, Unit B, Greeley, CO 80631and our mailing address is PO Box 811, Windsor, CO  80550.  Thanks again to everyone for your patience and cooperation in this time of adjustment and more importantly for your offers to help.

The calls and show of support that myself and all of us at RT3 have received has been overwhelming and we want to thank you all again for your continued support and understanding.  Please know that RT3 is here and in business, and ready to move forward stronger and better than ever!!  If anyone has any need for a great Commercial Flooring Contractor ready to help build and re-build whatever the case may be, we are more than appreciative for the opportunities and a chance to rebuild ourselves a little bit in the process.  Thanks again everyone, and please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions or concerns you may have.  I will try to keep my cell phone voice mail cleaned out and return calls expeditiously.  Sorry for that!!  Returning to normalcy is a good thing.

Take care and God Bless,

Sincerely,
Tommy Sporleder
