During the construction phase of the commercial project, RT3 Enterprises will be fully responsible for the successful completion of the flooring and ceramic divisions.We consider our major responsibilities to be:

a.Final document review
·Review complete documents for conformance with bid documents and alert customer to changes.
b.Subcontract
·Great rapport with the contract community

·Quality subcontract community
·Assuring subcontractor schedule performance
c.Scheduling
·Assist in developing and maintaining a construction schedule that includes any phasing requirements.This schedule will give the ability to track performance as well as identify any course corrections required.
d.Project control
·Monitor subcontractor’s work and coordinate work with the activities and responsibilities of the customer and RT3 Enterprises to complete the project within the objectives of cost, time, and quality.
·Maintain supervisory staff to coordinate and direct the work.
·Be involved in schedule and conduct progress meetings with the customer and subcontractors to discuss procedures, progress, outstanding issues, potential problem areas, safety, quality, and schedule.
·Establish organizational lines of authority and procedures for coordination among the customer and RT3 Enterprises.
e.Cost control
·Provide cost accounting for all incurred costs and forecasted costs for client review.
·Prepare accurate change order pricing with enough detail to give the client the ability to review and understand all costs and time associated with each change.
·Follow client’s procedure and forms for progress payments.
f.Site control
·Obtain required insurance certificates from all subcontractors prior to starting work on site.
·Quality inspections can be performed daily to assure proper quality control.
·Safety plan is provided and implemented for the project.
g.Reports and project site documents
·Record the progress of the project.Keep a daily log available to the client.
·Maintain records of all contracts, drawings, samples, purchases, materials, equipment, maintenance and operating manuals, instructions, and other construction related documents, including all revisions.
·Maintain as-built drawings and specifications.At the completion of the project, deliver all such records to the client as may be required.
h.Completion
·Complete project within parameters set by client and contract documents. - Transmit any required warranties, operating and maintenance manuals to the customer.
